Abramul Posted August 19, 2005 Posted August 19, 2005 I got my first Fortify Skill from the Wise Woman of the northeast Ashlander tribe. Never seen a Fortify Attack spell, though.
jddb_2000 Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 yes there is if you have tribunal expansion. alamexia quests she will give you a choice of different fortify skills for helping her. you can also check with all the temples in the regular towns like Balmora, ald-ruhn, gnisis, vivec, and suran
