For either you will need Niftools plugins (specifically the plugins for your application, be it Blender, Maya or Max)You will also need Nifskope, but i think that comes with Niftools. You MAY need to get the Nvidia DDS plugin for photoshop to read .dds files, im not sure if oblivions textures are setup right (ie. if the specular is in the normal map's alpha). I not familar with oblivion tho seen a few vids of Gameplay and stuff, since its possible to Convert Obliv stuff to Fallout 3, would it possble to convert stuff to Obliv? Just curious... Say a Vault in the middle of nowhere. be pretty funky if you could. or vault 108 with garys for you to slash and dash with your Sword or magic. That possible? I might just put it somewhere in a container if its too tough, but Im thinking about making quests involving notes and such to make sure everything makes sense.
