Removing Power Armor/ Power Helmet EFFECT

Is there any way I can remove the effect of the "power armor" and "power armor helmet"?

 

The thing is that I don't wear it nor do I have it in inventory, but it still shows up on status under effects.

 

It gives me pluses and minuses, but all I want to do is get rid of those.

 

I tried removing it through console, but it didn't work. If I put on a power armor, the effects double in size.

I tried removing the power armor training perk, thinking that would solve it, but it doesn't.

 

Does anybody have any ideas what I can do to get rid off those effects??

Mods being used?

Have you tried stripping your character? (i assume you have)

Have you altered your characters stats/traits at any point in the console?

Have you loaded the game with just fallout3.esm or tried reverting to an older save?

Did it occur upon character creation/after equipping gear?

I loaded the game without any mods, removed all equipment and I didn't alter anything, did detoxifying and healing and even visited a doctor, but nothing helped.

The effects from the power armor and helmet were still there.

 

Playing now with a previous save, before equipping the power armor for the first time. Sets me back a little, but it's OK.
