Hunterborn Mod, Butch Meat Menu Crash

Roun

Hello everyone, I keep having a glitch that CTD on me every time I go to butcher meat from an animal, I did alot of trial and error and figured out that it only happens when I butcher meat. The glitch I think has something to do with inventory in general, like the meat is no longer a compatible item and causes an error that the game cannot resolve thus CTD.

I use FN&D, Frostfall. Dawnguard, Requiem, all with Hunterborn patchs. Also I use SIC (Skyrim Immersive Creatures) but this crash issue began long before I ever started using that.

I have tried tweaking Hunterborn with the Mod Config thingy, I have tried turning the mod off and turning it back on again, nothing seems to help, i could survive the game never butchering the meat from a kill, but its a serious pain in the ass when you are trying to live in the wilderness for a protracted period and you cant eat what you kill...

Also I noticed that when I tried using the cooking pot on a fire I also got a CTD independant of the Butcher meat issue, which is an issue to address all on its own...

If anyone can help me figure this out i would really appreciate it...

I have the exact same issue, for the love of god someone fix this, took me like 12 hours of rage to figure out, Roun until we find a fix, I suggest trying what I'm doing which is buy/steal as much food as you can (I've not tried foraging yet so I don't know if that'll work or crash just think of it as temporary uber hard mode)

I had the problem of opening my inventory after butchering meat, which I think is the same problem you had and/or are having. I found the problem in the Load Order: the Hunterborn patches have to be after the Hunterborn file and the mod it's patching with, ie the RND-Hunterborn patch has to load after both Hunterborn and RND. Hope this helps you or anyone else with the same problem.
