Running into some Black Screen & Freezing issues on startup

So FNV starts up and plays the music and then directly after the obsidian screen fades away I get a Black screen that freezes the game even though the music continues to play. I've recently ran into this issue for the first time tonight and after about an hour or two of researching similar problems to see if I can fix mine I've come up with nothing.

According to FOMM I'm not missing any ESM's, I've run Boss & FNVedit numerous amounts of times and they say there isn't an issue, my drivers and everything else is up to date as well.

My only guess is either the custom menu mod and/or the custom game music has caused this as I have had no issues with any other mod but even still i'm not too sure on that.

Any help with discovering a solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated and it might even help others who run into this issue in the future.
