I got problems with Plug-ins.. Plz help!

My problem is a disturbing one: When I try to download plug-ins from Tes Nexus it works fine but when I'm going to unzip the files and put them in the "Data"-file in the Oblivion-file I get problems. Some of the plug-ins have the same name for their files and I have tried with the simple method to just change their names a little so all files with same name can stay in the file without forcing me to delete them but there comes how I notice the problem... When I'm going to speak to someone (a NPC) from the Plug-ins they are not saying anything. I can see the text they are saying but not any sound and the texts switch faster to the next text than they are supposed to. Plz help me fix it because I have found some great Plug-ins and I want them :(

do not change file names, the mods will not work!

unzip the file, the ESp goes in your data folder.

Example: Data/meshes/clothes/mod meshes

Data/texture/clothes/mod textures/

follow those examples whether its clothing armor of whatever

for easy auto-install DL this utility and get the self-install version.

Also, when the install says it will overwrite files - It dosn't. it append to the existing files without overwriting anything. Always answer yes to allow overwrites or the mod will not install properly.
