Hello!

Earlier today I installed a few new mods to my oblivion. One of the mod was Sexy walk01a.Then when I tried to play, my character was moving very, very slooooooowlyyyyy. But only mine, NPC were walking fine. Now when without heavy armor i running more slowly then i was walking before in heavy armor. So I shuted down the mods but no change. After a while i decided to reinstal the whole game, but still, completly reinstaled without any mods my charakter is still superslowguy. I deleted saves and whole folder oblivion in documents but no matter how i try, nothing changes...

Don't you know, how i can fix this? Cos if not, I can play Oblivion on my PC no more...

Thanks for advices!

A mod like that probably installed some new animations and meshes. It could be a conflict with something else, but just to make sure you probably want to delete the mod completely.

Find the file you originally downloaded (probably a .zip, .7z, or .rar). Extract the files again to a neutral place--the desktop, perhaps, but don't install the mod again. You just want to see what files the mod includes. Open up the folder you extracted...you should see some folders, perhaps named "Meshes" or "Textures" as well as the .esp that activates the mod. Once you see that, open up a second window with your root Oblivion directory (something like \Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data). Then you want to go through the window with just the mod files and check and see what files are actually in its folders. Once you're looking at the files, go to those same folders in your Oblivion directory and delete the mod files...for instance, if the mod files folder has a file in its Textures folder named "Texture.dds" (C:\Desktop\Mod\Textures\Texture.dds), you want to go to find and delete that same Texture.dds file in your Oblivion folder (C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Textures\Texture.dds).

You're just deleting whatever the mod installed to make sure there's no trace of it left; just make sure you delete ONLY what the mod installed, or you could risk screwing up other mods.

That's what I would do, anyways. Others may have better/faster solutions.

Delete the 0Sexywalk01.kf file from ...\Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\_male\ and/or ...\Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\_male\specialanims\

Those sexy walk animations are VERY SLOW even the faster versions xD

EDIT: Also delete the walkforward.kf if it exists there, that will restore the vanilla animation.

EDIT2: Disable SW01Plus.esp and/or SW01.esp from the mod list if you didn't already.

EDIT3: Disable SexyPlOneHand.esp and delete onehandforward.kf if you installed the one hand weapon version.
