alnorthewise Posted July 23, 2009 Share Posted July 23, 2009 The other day i was watching I am Legend and immediately i associated the movie with fallout. :blink: Imagine yourself getting on a ship similar to the Dutches Gambit (point lookout dlc) and taking a ride to New York Harbor. Once there you will meet a man by the name of Dr. Nevil and his dog Sam. (the meeting will be different depending upon time of day. Ex. night time=Dr. Nevil fighting special ghouls called Dark Seekers, Day time= a peaceful meeting accompanied by a walk back to Dr. Nevil's house.) :thumbsup: Once at Dr. Nevil's home he would give you a chain of quests that would inevitably lead to a cure for the ghouls. One of the many quests will involve the entering of the New York Sewer and/or subway system where you will meet a man who will trap you within being chased by a...well i can't spoil it all. But back to the cure, it will turn all normal ghouls in the wastes into humans. (yes that means that the underworld will now be ghoul free. And of course this means MANY new voice overs which will be done by myself and several others. Hope you like the idea and i hope you all download this when i release it on the nexus in (estimated) Summer of '10! :thanks: These are the first set of weapons that players will come across in this mod:1. M4A1-same damage as assault rifle but with low cone of fire+scope(compared to assault rifle)2. Repeating Assault Shotgun-decreased damage and increased rate of fire(compared to combat shotgun)3. I'm curious how you are going to accomplish that, and going out on a limb that you thought that far ahead. actually what i am going to do is delete current ghouls and replace them with human models, then give them new custom speech options similar to that of the personalities they had before. the names will be the same, any quests will be the same, but nothing else about them will. Most people say 'i have a big idea, i dont know how to do anything but, stay tuned! hehe.
