Didact2401
Hi everyone. I'm having an issue where I'm trying to export a modified hand mesh out of blender, but the resulting .nif has two identically named partitions, with each hand being in each partition. I've successfully exported similar meshes without experiencing this issue previously, does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to fix this? Didact2401
Also, to be clear, there is only one dismemberment group in blender, and re-importing the exported file into blender still shows only one dismemberment group.
GingerArcher
Have you changed the default settings in the script to allow more than the original 18 bone max? I ran into similar issues with the exporter splitting up partitions until I found info on changing the defaults.

GingerArcher
Check out the following link for instructions: (Down at the bottom of the page, the author also provides a modified version of the import/export scripts that streamlines the process a little bit and includes this fix) http://www.birrabrothers.com/drac/index.php?dsps=
