Maybe it's a Dunmer mating call or mabe they have Tourettes syndrome or something. Also when I was battling Vivec he was making growling werewolf sounds for some reason. I saw a group of monsters, which wanted me to do some quests. "I could eat a babies arse through a sewer grate" - Cyrodillic male: That was one of the wierdest ones. Some others came from S'virr, the kitty that takes you to Solstheim. I can't remember exactly what he says, but it involves him spitting on slaughterfishes, and having a lifelong affinity for splinters: "But S'virr likes the splinters, that's why he is wearing no shoes...IDIOTS!", or something like that.
