Texture Problem

Ok I'm using HGEC's body replacer and playing as a Cute Elf.

Her hands,face and feet are pale,which is how I created her.

But when she wears game's original clothing her torso,arms and legs turn into a darker skin color while other parts stay the same.

Is there a mod that fixes this?Or do you know another way?

have you installed it probley. try and delete all the file that came with HGEC and delete them and then put them back in this happend with me and just installing the mod again helped me. if this doesnt work try it with clothes from another mod if the clothes from another mod works reinstall HGEC

It doesn't matter which body replacer you use, if you put vanilla clothes on the character the textures will look horrible and the body shape changes. This also applies when using clothing from other body replacers. The results can be awful.

This is not because of the body mod, but because they are made specifically for that replacer and it's textures and meshes.

 

For HGEC get the EVE HGEC Eyecandy Variants Expansion. It has all the files you need including replacers for stock clothes and armour.

You do not need to uninstall HGEC first. Run the OMOD and follow the directions. If using Hi Res textures for HGEC say no when asked to install Exnem textures.
