Some questions

I found in the description of my mod, Moderator Edit, before there was a link to give a kudos and a request to endorse, without link.

 

my questions:

 

Are those things prohibited? I remember that Dark0ne decided not to let people link to the rating and vote as file of the month, but he didn't say anything about kudos.

Then the other request hadn't a link, and I thought it could add it.

 

just to know if I missed something or there are new rules.

 

the other question is if I can remove the line with Moderator Edit

goes hand in hand with the new rating system, and the reminder to rate that has been incorporated into the sites functionality.

 

Also it has been on the front page of both sites for quite some time.
