[Help] Issues with Scripting and Starting Quests

I have no experience with scripting...at all. All I know is how to make NPCs repair and sell things. So I need help with a few things that I shall now list:

 

- I want o have it so that when a person installs my mod and loads up their game, a message box appears with a statement saying something like " Rumors have it that there are merc..." then add a quest to the player's list of missions.

 

-Secondly, I have this small outpost that leads to the 1st Worldspace of my new mod that is surrounded by a few NCR soldiers. I want the player to be able to enter this new Worldspace and have an intro similar to Point Lookout, or simply like the quest in Fallout 3 when the Elder Lyons is speaking to Lyon's Pride. I want the player to be unable to move as a little intro among the NPC's unfolds.

 

- How exactly do you make a friendly NPC hostile through dialog. Suppose you insult an NPC, I want the NPC to attack the player.

 

- Vertibird Sequences...I want to have a player enter one of the worldspaces and when he is walking through the area, a vertibird flies through and crashes/explodes, similar to when the player leaves Raven Rock in Fallout 3.

 

If anyone can help me with these scripts I would greatly appreciate it. And anyone who would like to help me full time with scripting, I could always use someone experienced who would like to help me with my mod "The Empire Wasteland"
