Wielding a One-handed sword in both hands

The game already supports Dual Wielding One Handed Weapons. Swords, Daggers, Axes, etc.

If this is what you're asking? If I recall there is even a set of Perks in the One Handed Skill Tree specifically for Dual Wielding.

Actually, you don't wield one hand weapons with two hands in real life, even if it's free, unless you don't know how to use the weapon. You're probably thinking of "one and a half hand" broadswords/longswords which were longer than a usual sword but shorter than two handed swords and can be weilded both one handedly and two handedly. Most famous types of these swords are bastard swords, some heavy broadswords and katanas. Short swords on the other hand cannot be weilded with two hands at all, an example of which is a gladius, like those used by roman legionnaires; or rapiers and dueling broadswords from the 15th-17th century. The very design of which prevents using it with two hands while fighting unless blocking because the handle isn't even long enough to accomodate two hands, especially basket-hilt variants. I can;t think of any examples of proper use of one hand swords with a free off hand in recent popular media, except maybe the STARS series of Spartacus, and the movie Three Musketeers

In game, among the vanilla weapons, there isn't any sword belonging to a one and half hander category when seen by length. The steel sword comes closest though.

Oh I miss read, he wants to use 1 Handed Swords as if they're two handed swords? Issue with this is most 1 handed swords the Hilts are obviously too small on this game to do this. In middle ages there were some sword classes which functioned as both but ...

I can see the Blades Sword functioning like this actually. Issue is they would require much faster animation than two handed weapons.
