Empty Repair Menu Bug

Alright, so I have what seems to be a relatively common problem; not too long into the game, my repair menu will go blank. Still accessible, but with no items in the list to choose from to repair objects (event though I possess plenty). Most solutions I've seen involve replacing the section of the ini, but those are all for DarNified UI users. I'm not using DarNified UI. Any one know whats up?

(Figured I'd chime in for Project Nevada users who experience this.)

 

If someone has Project Nevada's "Alternative Repair System" set to "Yes," the repair window turns empty when there are no "repair tools" in your Misc inventory.

 

It's a late answer, but I hope it saves at least one headache.
