Mine placement animation problems

Whenever I place a mine, the placement animation is played twice - so I throw two mines with one click. After both mines are thrown my hand is left empty with my fingers curled as if I am still holding a mine. I checked out all of my mods that might be causing this in FO3Edit, but I couldn't find anything.

 

Could there be a problem or conflict between these two mods?

 

I installed this one first:
