Gheysoes Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 Howsit guys I purchased Skyrim recently and figured I would give some mods a bash, aaaaaaand none of them are working, Textures, Models, Visuals. Nothing. I bought the original copy of the game through steam and downloaded it. It runs fine. I install the mods through NMM and they say they've been installed yet for some reason they don't appear in the launcher. I am running Windows 8.1 (I'm not sure if that'll effect it) and I'm more that willing to post my PC specs if that may effect it... I've googled some videos and changed some things in the "SkyrimPrefs" folder I think it was, but that didn't seem to work... Some help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks guys! P.S. eSoDian Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 Most replacers for textures, models even visuals, if they are not more complex than their vanilla counterparts, they won't require an .esp/.esm plugin for them to work, so they won't appear in the launcher, or the plugin tab of a mod manager.
