trying to get case to work.

The problem im experiencing is that i eventually got azhteks weapon mod to work after hours of fiddling around, but now i can't get case or its ammo to load as i haven't seen any of it within my world or at the traders, i was wondering how i could fix this issue. the following is images of my load order.

I installed case with modfusion as thats what the author reccomended, so it could be something to do with that, but i have no idea.
