Well i got my lvl pretty fast by going to trainers, i usually had really alot of money, getting nice stuff and selling it to Creeper in Caldera.

There is one guy in Balmora in some trade shop, it was some kajit(?), try kill him(if you can) and he drops some nice stuff.

Else i though it was very nice to start doing missions for Imperial Legion(starts in gnisis, you can take rider from sayda neen if you have trouble finding rider there) you don´t get good stuff when you start but in the end you get best two-hand sword/armor in the game(that i know of).

And if you don´t find good trainers, i know of heavy armor/long blade/marksman(?) trainer in Molag Mar i think that teach them them to 100 if im not wrong, but according to your class.. you only gain lvl from long blade from that trainer.

Ps. that class is a little...? you can hardly get much further with spells, eventually you will take up a sword or bow i think. imo.

If you ever start a new character, i would recommend making a custom class, with at least long blad, Heavy armor, Marksman in Major.

Viblo...

not really. Some disadvantages:

You can't do any quests of normal people because they hate vampires. They will refuse to talk to you or attack you.

Your stats get a boost (but your level doesn't) so your skills are higher. And higher skills take longer to level up.

The only quests you'l be able to do are some vampire quests. And the cure of vampirism quest ofcourse. You won't be able to buy any equipment except from your vampire clan. If you want to level up i think you should wait with the vampire thing.

You can actually do quests for both mages guild and house telvanni but only if they do not involve conversation with other NPCs. They will promote you according to your vampiric stats so you can rise in rank very fast if you are Clan Aundae.

oh flump i hate this i wanted to be a vampire but cannot be bothered to level up!

and:

If shortage of cash is a drawback check out the forum to find the egg mine with the daedric dai-katana lying about and the shipwreck with the glass armour. These will keep you in training funds for quite some time

who can i sell a katana to that costs 120000?

The method has been explained before and by me recently on the forum. It takes several days and a good supply of other valuable items which is why I mentioned the glass armour. You first sell an item worth 10000 to the mudcrab (or several items but that takes time). You wait for a day then sell an item worth 20000 and buy back the one worth 10000, after another day you can sell an item worth 30000 and buy back the item worth 20000. Each day your available funds go up by 10000. Between waits instead of sleeping you can use the time to train and level up; 10000 will pay for a fair amount of training. Each training takes 2 hours.
