Nothing to due with your processor man!

 

I would delete at least 100 of those if I were you; my data folder has 10 mods, excluding DLC's.

 

No doubt at least 2 of those mods are colliding, you should wipe it clean and use only use ones you MUST.

 

EDIT: Oh and start a new game after that!
