WolfusMandrago
I've been running FCOM for a little while now (got it running on the first try) and I've only had small problems with it. There is the occasional CTD in random locations, but that is to be expected. However, I'm currently having trouble with Fort Nickel near the Imperial City. I was there previously, and pulled some of the enemies inside to the outside. The bodies are still there, along with some discarded loot. Whenever I get near the door, the game crashes. I've tried several times, changing the way I do it, but it always crashes in the same location. I know there is a way to reset certain zones or "blocks" on the map, but I can't remember how to do it. I can't even remember what the zones are really called in relation to the world map. I'm pretty sure that the problem will go away if I can reset the zone, so is there a way to do this via the console? Thank you for your time and patience. David Brasher
Do you by chance have the IM Garten Kosh mod? That can cause crashes by Fort Nikel.
Khet
Leave the area completely (it's best to get quite a distance away) open up the console and type in PurgeCellBuffers or PCB. This unloads all cells outside of your range (Default is your current cell, and all adjacent cells forming a 3x3 grid) so any placed items/corpses will be removed and the cell essentially reset.
