He mentions things that I didn't even do (Project Purity activated before I even meet him? WTF) and says he's going to play a song but he just goes back to the news again. VerbalEarthworm Posted August 3, 2009 Share Posted August 3, 2009 Three-Dog's dialog in the Broken Steel DLC activates regardless of wether you have completed the main quest or not (bethesda bug). as for the rest, it sounds like your installation of a radio mod went awry.
