LE Mod list , please help

Hi there , I have just buyed new PC :

 

MOBO: MSI X79A-GD45 PLUS

CPU: Intel Core i7 3820 3.6GHz (oc'ed to 4,6 with watercooling)

GPU: 2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC 4GB DDR5 Windforce

Screen: BENQ 24'' LED 3D XL2411T

RAM: Corsair DDR3 4x8192MB 1866MHz CL9 XMP Vengeance with Heatsink ,

and i'm looking for ultra realistic mods for Skyrim ( dont have Dragonborn , Dawnguard and Heartfire ). Can anyone make full list of mods that will make game beautiful and realistic?

1 list : mods for ultra environmental , lights , vegetations , textures for buildings , animals , creatures etc

2 list : mods for face hair , models , animations

3 list : mod of combat , clothing , armors , weapons

4 list : Castles , cities , dungeons , forts etc

5 list : untilities , skills , leveling changes ,

Didnt mention about magic cuz im not a big fan of that style of playing (Cmon fire balls and sh*it XD ? ) .Also I want make skyrim more like Middle Ages style (no fancy armors , weapons etc)

I know its a lot but im counting on you and your knowledge.

PS.Sorry for my bad english , hope noone eyes are bleeding after reading this.

PS2. After I collected each part of list will make short movie with progress with Nvidia Shadow Play
