Multiple mod files combined

Hello, I have more or less 30 mods for Oblivion, and I am just wondering how to combine all the mods together in the data folder for the game. If I put them together, it will ask if I want to replace some files, which I am certain will mess things up. Can someone please explain how I am supposed to do this?

I also have a question about running Oblivion on an iMac. I found some on Bittorent, and I am wondering, will it work? Will it work with mods?

Appreciate any help,

Thanks.

First off, depending on the mod, overwriting is good. However, most times it's asking for a folder merge and NOT an overwrite. Folder Merges are perfectly safe and indeed are required to run mods.

Secondly, I don't think anyone here can help you with your Mac question unless there's a legal way around it. (IE, if the one found on torrent is a pirated version we cannot discuss it here, nor on the official Beth forums)

Okay, thank you for the help.

EDIT: I just tested (with copies) replacing the folders to see how the mod files would "merge", but instead the one I put in last, was all of the files in its folder, and none of the other ones I tried to merge with. What if it is textures, and I download a mod that is adding a new building, but it is overwritten. Would the building be gone? I mean the files wouldn't be there anymore...
