Oblivion Has Died Can't Install

WTF? i have both Vanilla and GoTY copies wtf stupid suckyourom bs.

1. Got a Bunch New Mods.

2. Tried to Clean Uninstall and big F.A.I.L couldn't find setup.exe

3.Ran from Disk and Got (Displayed Above) Suckyourom BS

4.Manually Uninstalled.

5.Setup.exe worked After Manual Uninstall for Uninstall

6.Install Fail,Reason(Displayed Above)

I do not have any Virtual Drives or any kind of emulation software running Nero imagedrive is DIABLED so wtf

any ideas i REALLY MISS MY LATTAMER i am lonely without her. :(
