Better Cities small glitch

So far, i love this mod, made my cities so amazing to look at. however theres a small problem i get bugged by a lil. every time i hoover over an interaction, like an object, the name of the object is being overlapped by my compass. i dont remember being like that before. ill try to get a screenshot up of how it looks like

edit: in fact, the compass is overlapping everything, including my inventory. isnt the text supposed to be on the bottom right of the screen?

also, is the map of the world suppose to be only of the city? because when i am in the city, i cannot view any cities outside of the one i am in. its like another small map.

Sounds like a UI problem, and not related to any 1 mod. You might want to try remembering which UI you installed (won't show up as a .esp, was some .xml files).

i dont remember installing any ui's lately, all things i did to oblivion are all over on the mod list.

i tried searching .xml's on my oblivion folders and i found that partners mod had some. i uninstalled it but it was still there. this is darn frustrating
