levelled lists

My Question is do the Leveled Lists in Tes get destroyed if I combine two Mods.

 

For Example I used the Tes Tool and Merger to combine some mods,

but always if the mod got something in its leveled lists,afterwards the most information was destroyed,do I have to change all that Crap in the leveled List

or is someone on the Forum who could be something like a Personal Merger.
