Mesh Showing shiny bits where resized how to fix?

Hello, Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem I have? Where ever I resize a mesh it seems to break and I'm left with shiny parts in the mesh that stand out in the light. No idea how to fix it, I think it might be because the normal map is stretched but i have tried so much stuff and I really have no idea about normal maps yet. I was going to publish a HGEC port from obliv spent about 40 hrs on just weight painting to get it almost perfect but lost interest cause i couldn't fix this problem. Hope you guys can see the screenshots. Any input would be brilliant thanks.

So no one has any idea on how to fix this problem or what why it's there? all i did was adjust the body to my liking.

Ok it's cool I figured it out and fixed the problem thanks. forgot to update mesh tangent space or w/e lol
