Broken sound effects

Hi,

 

I'm new here, not to the game but to the forum. And relatively new to modding. Been playing Oblivion for a while and i finally started to download some mods. Anyways, to my problem. Whenever I'm casting spells or swinging my blade and chopping down trolls and what not, the audio sound effects are broken. And this only seems to happen if I'm moving around or in the midst of a fight. If i'm standing still, the sound effects work, but as soon as i move they clip or cut off. This can get somewhat annnoying as it definitely takes away from the immersion of the game. I never really noticed this until after I installed several mods. Here are the list of the mods I have:

 

Better cities 4.3.4

Darnified UI 1.3.2

Qarl TP3 1.3

TLS v14

AWLS

AWS 2.1

and all the unofficial patches.

 

I'm not even sure if the mods have anything to do with this, I could have overlooked it before. I have updated all my drivers and my comp is well enough to play this game on high settings. Sooooo needless to say, i am stumped. Any help or advice will be appreciated. Or if anyone with the same problem just wants to cry with me, i will greatly appreciate it. thanks
