Can't access site by computer

I live in Russia too, and can't access to 77.72.7.90 from my 95.37.234.236,95.37.180.111 (or any in 95.37.128.0/17 range) ip, no even pings.

This started around 4-5 days ago, and i don't think that this fault of my ISP.

I can't access it either, and i'm from the UK

 

Accessing via a proxy right now.

 

There are also a lot of other people having the problem, there is even a question up on yahoo answers!

This may sound silly, but is thenexus blocked by your firewall or ur av (anti virus)

Try the work around I posted above, it may work for you as it has for many. If you can access the site with a proxy server you know the site is up an operational.

Yeah I modified the hosts file, still no luck unfortunately.

 

I can access the site from a proxy, but only the forums. I was just informing you that quite a few people are having the problem. :P

When you edit the host file it should look like this when you are done:

If you are using vista, you may have to this while logged in as admin or the change won't go through.

I've modified the hosts file plenty of times for loads of other things, so I know the edit was correct. I am on XP.

 

I expect it'll sort itself out in the next few days anyway :)

I received a pm from a member about this issue, with a probable cause and solution. This has been forwarded on to Dark0ne to look at, perhaps the issue this member had and the information provided will help isolate and resolve this issue.

 

The site works for most, but a few are still having issues. So let us know about them, we want them resolved as much or more than anyone.

Since the server move I have been unable to access any of the sites:

I have added the above to my host file but I can still only access the sites by using a web proxy, but when doing so i can view all the files ok but nothing within them for instance the description tab never populates and if i click any of the other tabs (images, comments etc...) I get:

 

Not Found

The requested URL /downloads/java script:ajaxpage('file/images.php was not found on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

 

I never had any of these issues before the server move so im assuming somethings wrong in the config.

I received a reply from my provider. Support reply, so problems on the TesNexus server, but not of the provider. If you know Russian language, then you can read results of the traceroute: click!
