Rapeoductions Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 I have installed uninstalled reinstalled Oblivion and CS. I have given both programs Admin Rights. I still cannot edit or create a NPC I go to tthe npc cration and the cs Freezes. I edit an Existing NPC ad change the Form id and i go to save and it says it saves but at the top next to the file name it still has an asterik meaning it did not save. I go to close the cs and i get a message that asks me to save the Plugin file it says Yes NO Or cancel and the only way i can close cs is CTRL+ALT+DElETE and shutdown the proccess evrything else works fine EXCEPT the NPC creation/Edit Screen PLease Help i have tried evrything Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
David Brasher Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Do you have Vista? You may not use TES CS with Vista unless you circumvent Vista's stupid and misguided security system. If you have Vista, read the documentation on the Internet about how to deal with it. The approach I used was moving my mods to c: Games\Oblivion\Data.
