Custom Mesh Error (using gun as head)

Please Note: I just started modding a week or two ago, so I am a almost total novice. I also don't have 3Ds Max (or whatever it's called), the only thing I can do in Blender is convert Oblivion files to Fallout files, and the only mesh program I SORTA know how to use is NifSkope.

I am creating a new head mesh (if it could be called that) wear the head is replaced by a gun. So far it's been pretty good, the .nif I am currently using (or using the majority of the time I have been experimenting with guns and head meshes) has been compatible with Geck. HOWEVER, the gun(heads) are invisible in the render window. I'm pretty sure I have everything working except for the invisible gun(head). Is there anything I'm supposed to do in NifSkope that could fix this issue or is it just impossible to have a gun for a head in fallout (btw, it isn't. normal gun meshes work with parts of the head).
