Reinforced Chinese Stealth Suit help!

I just found the suits in game and now like after 30 secs or so of equipping the armors my game crashes. It doesn't happen when the mod is active only when I get the armors. I checked their readme and i found this

Q: My game is crashing whenever this mod is active!?

A: This mod requires the Operation: Anchorage Downloadable Content pack. If you have the DLC and continue to get crashes, you may need to relocate the DLC's files (two .bsa files and the .esm) from their hidden Xlive directories to your Data directory for everything to work properly. You can find the files in the following locations, depending on your operating system:

(In Folder Options, make sure "view hidden files and folders" is checked)

If you're using Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Xlive\DLC

If you're using Windows Vista:

C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC

Am using vista and when i reach C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\ I dont see a DLC folder just Syscache and Titles.

ok apparently I fixed it. What I think did it was that I got the bsa and the esm for anchorage(not from the Xlive folder :dry:) and I replaced the old ones in my data folder. I also put the plugin as my first esp in the load order, but I doubt that helped. BTW the armor is simply amazing, best amor mod ive seen yet
