Those three things have massive performance impacts for relatively minor effects.

Also, if you use an ENB you can safely disable all antialiasing in the Skyrim launcher"

Could you please tell me how to disable those 3 options?

1. Run SkyrimLauncher.exe, or just get the regular launcher up.

2. Click options

3. At the bottom you'll see Anti Aliasing, switch to Off (Best Performance)

4. Run the game (or run Skse.exe)

5. Hold Shift and press Enter in-game

6. At the bottom left window you'll see a long list of stuff if you've installed your ENB properly, you'll find "Use Depth of Field" and "Use Sky Lighting" near the top of the bottom left window, uncheck those. You may also want to uncheck High Quality Shadows and Ambient Occlusion because those hit performance really hard as it renders better shadows.

7. Turn Specularity Fade down to 25-50, no lower, no higher.

I have a low end PC myself, I have an ENB installed but never use it, only for the speed hack. The only time I use it is when I do screen shots.

Alright well thank you everyone for your input. I will try everything that everyone has told me to do so far. Now I have only one question. Would the 2k textures have the same Effect as the ENBs on my laptop. Also I have recently found out that my VRam is a shared memory, So its max available graphic memory is 1795 Mb. It is a Intel HD 4000 graphics card. Now I am wondering how will the 2K textures do on this, also what would be good Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini settings for me.

No wonder you can't run ENB,it's your graphics. Also, the max memory won't matter much. An Intel 4000 graphics with that much memory is just as good as a dedicated 512-1024mb Nvidia card from 2008, because you have to take into account graphics core speed and bus width etc.. So yes, you'll probably just get Hi Res Bethesda Optimized pack and use the full 1024 version. Edited by chanchan05
