Most people know the PS4 has a better GPU & Ram, but most don't know the PS4's CPU is also more powerful. Not by a considerable margin though.

Don't forget that the kinect-os uses 2 out of the 8 cores of the custom cpu on the xbone. Take that into account ps4 is considerable more powerful.
