Also, there's a link in the "Where is everything" pinned thread in the MW Spoliers section that would lead you to the official forum's list too, Anyway, the page you want is this one. But, since I'm a nice guy and you're fairly new pegasus, he's in Gnaar Mok, he's called Wadarkhu, and as kaiparowits said he's in the Dreugh-Jigger's Rest. I can't give directions since I haven't played the game in ages and didn't spend alot of time in Gnaar Mok anyway, but it can't be that hard to find.
