Can't Access Jean Sky Diving

I tried to use the door, but it just went to an infinite loading screen. Also tried using the coc command, with the same result.

I just need to get in to grab an MP7 that's in there, that's the only mod I can think of that would mess with that building.

 

EDIT: The same thing happens for the dead sheriff's house in Primm.
