Baelkin
From what I've experienced while working with the Fallout skeleton there are no technical reasons why it shouldn't be possible, however from an animation point of view, bullpup rifles are just annoyingly difficult to make a proper reload animation for due to the placement of the clip. Whereas on a normal rifle it's a pretty easy "hold the rifle as normal, pull the clip out and slap it back in" job when the character changes the clip, a bullpup weapon seems more of a more of a "hold the rifle at an awkward angle compared to when holding it normally, botch reloading arm into a position where it can reach the clip, pull it out, fetch another and slap it in" job. Due to the constaints of the character skeleton compared to the human body, this all adds up to it being a rather annoying job compared to just making "easy" regularly fitted weapons.
