Race/Robe/Armor request

Hi, I was watching Star Wars the other day and I had an idea. One of my favorite Characters is Kit Fisto and I would love to have him in Oblivion.

His race is called Nautolan and they can breathe underwater.

Also, if possible, I would like a set of Jedi clothes and two lightsabers (one green, one blue).
