Blender to Geck Trouble

I've taken a part from the Mister Gutsy Model and applied it to a helmet and exported it from blender just fine, it looks fine in Nifskope but in the GECK the gutsy part is not there or it stretches all over the place when moving the camera in preview. I applied it to the parent of the helmet but I'm guessing I'm not doing it right in blender, I don't know what I need to apply or do to the Gutsy part to get it to work in the GECK.

 

The original helmet still works fine just not the Gutsy part.

 

Edit: Fixed - So after a lot of experimentation I found that I need to apply the Vertex so it links up to the bone and work right.
