LE Player House Floor Plan Idea

Anyone willing to work with a floor plan to build a player house? I tend to like roleplaying and have yet to find the perfect house that will fit what I want in a house. I have a floor plan made and many ideas for the layout inside and out. I will add a break down so you know what I'm wanting.

• 2 story with a basement
• All optional rooms (meaning treasure room, blacksmith area, enchanting room, apothecary room, library, childs room, follower/steward room, etc)
• Pool, villa (like a few mods I've seen, but this is optional), Sales NPCs, Guard dogs (with wolf mesh), Guards (Optional), Castle Walls, Garden, etc.
• Hidden room in basement (a cave with options of what it will be for, i.e for werewolves, vampires, hunters)
• I think a 'Black Market' with a hidden entrance for items that are rare or custom would be awesome.
• Option of up to 3+ children (I feel bad for them all, haha)

 

The layout and everything else can be discussed, message me and I will send the floor plan with details of it/each area, etc and we can figure something out. You can take 100% credit for it, I don't care, I just want to use it, hahaha. I'm mainly wanting it to resemble a mid-evil castle, but somewhat modern in style.

Also, I'm looking for custom armor, jewelry and weapons (I'm a collector). Currently I have a modified Deadric armor and a custom Naruto sword. I'll take anything Naruto, Inuyasha, Bleach, Fairy Tale, Etc. Just about anything, even completely custom. Leave me a link, I'll endorse any that I download!

No one at all is able to do something like this? Here's a better breakdown...

 

 

First floor

• 6 rooms (Apothecary/Garden, Enchanting+Supplies, Library, Treasure room, Blacksmith Area and Kitchen)
• Lower level near entrance
• Stairs to upstairs
• Stairs to downstairs (Like in the companions guild house)

 

Second floor

• 4 rooms (Player room, Child room, Follower/Stewards room, Training room)
• Balcony from players room
• Stairs down

 

Basement

• 4 rooms (NPC sales area, Extra smithing/etc area, Shrine area and Hidden Cave)
• Door up

 

Outside

 

• Guards and Guard dogs (With wolf mesh) if possible
• Horse Stall (up to 6 horses if possible?)
• Dog kennel for guard dogs (Possible?)
• Villa for guards (just beds inside)
• Pool (Maybe?)
• Garden
• Farm animals (Cow/Chicken/etc)
• Fishery, Bee hive and other regenerating areas
• Castle Type Walls
