bben46
Those folders do not exist until you install a mod that needs them. If you use a unzipping program such as the FREE 7-zip, the folders will automatically be created as soon as you extract a mod that needs them to your data folder. Or, you can create them yourself, and manually place the mesh and texture files from mods in them. The vanilla game dosn't need them as all of its meshes and textures are included in the bsa files that are installed in the data folder when you install the game. This keeps mods from making changes to the vanilla meshes and textures. If you have lost your vanilla meshes and textures it is not the meshes and textures folders that you are missing, but the bsa files.
