help with premium subscription

I payed for premium subscription and i would like to know who i can talk to so i can fix this issue since it charged me but i havent gained premium status yet.

@ZacredDeath; All appears correct now, I'm seeing the "Premium" banned under your avatar. :thumbsup:

 

Not sure of the specifics in your case, but the most common reason for this situation is that you have to log-off from the Nexus completely after becoming a Premium Member, wait a few minutes for the change to propogate across all the servers, then log-on again.

Yeah i talked to the um i forgot his name omg but i think hes the webmaster and he got it fixed thanks everyone for the help! Great service!
