dead money armor expansion request

so while playing the dead money dlc for fonv i noticed something odd why is there no heavy police armor or police power armor? or police medium armor you get where im going with this right? ive looked but have found nothing so im here requesting a armor expansion for dead money. what might be interesting would be a ranger combat armor but merged with police armor especially if the helmets where merged too.and please dont just do retexes get creative with your work really make something interesting and new.

I'm probably not the best person to ask in re: to lore (never played the early fallout games), but I think power armor was military only. I believe the sierria madre armor and the reinforced version are more or less modeled on police/security forces armor.

 

I think part of it may be that Sinclair didn't really have a large assortment of military armaments. Off hand the automatic rifle is the only one I can think off. I think the developers were emphasizing the Sierra Madre more as a resort than any military aspect.

I'd say your best chance for getting your request filled would be a more detailed description of what you'd like to see. Put some time and effort into what your looking for and it may capture someone else's attention, that can make it happen.

I'm with Devin here - this really doesn't seem lore-friendly. Or gameplay-friendly, for that matter - Dead Money was intended to be a survival horror-type experience, something which it achieved spectacularly (at the cost of being one of the hardest expansions ever made for Fallout, which may or may not be a good thing - Your Mileage May Vary). Putting in heavy armour seems as though it'd be rather counterproductive.
