Exporting save games to a new PC

I'm procuring a high-end gaming PC soon to replace my crappy laptop that I've been (barely) running a heavily-modded copy of FNV on, and I'm wondering if anyone could help me. I'm looking to export all of my mods, save games, etc. to the new machine.

I know that this is probably a really stupid question, but I would really appreciate some help here! It'd save me a lot of work. For preference, I'd love to be able to copy all of my mods without having to re-download them (and, preferably, my Steam copy of FNV, although I appreciate that copy protection might make that impossible), but I'd be happy so long as I could copy across my basic save game (I'm level 40 and don't really want to restart).

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Regards,

Well, I'm not sure if there is an easier way, but here is the way that I would do it.

If you use FOMM or NMM, they store the mods in a directory. Then just copy them over to a usb. Do the same for your savegames.

I would say that it would cause less problems to just reinstall F:NV completely on the new computer.

Not a problem mate, haha.

Well, for me (Windows 7 32-bit) the savegames are in My Documents > My Games > FalloutNV > Saves.

If you're using NMM with the default install path and so on, the mods are in Computer > Local Disk > Games > Nexus Mod Manager > FallloutNV > Mods.
