The retreat overlooks a small lake & has a pretty garden around it & a picnic table Consists of the following rooms:Living Room KitchenBedroomDisplay RoomAlchemy Room GreenhouseAlso includes:10 Wooden Armor Mannequins-the armor you see in the screenshot will not be included.Home Teleport RingAlchemy Jars for Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon & Sri's AlchemyThe Greenhouse is built in an interior cell with it's own region (no rain), but you will see night/day & clouds/stars.
