Need help extracting mods to folders...

EDIT: *Gulp* I may of been to hasty, I think this is in the wrong forum....

 

So, I've been downloading mods for Fallout 3 recently, and whenever I attempt to extract them into the Data folders, I get this lovely little error...

 

! C:\Users\User\Downloads\Greenworldv2-2456.zip: Cannot create GreenWorld v2.0\GreenWorld.esp

! The system cannot find the path specified.

! C:\Users\User\Downloads\Greenworldv2-2456.zip: Cannot create GreenWorld v2.0\ReadMeEnglish.txt

! The system cannot find the path specified.

! C:\Users\User\Downloads\Greenworldv2-2456.zip: Cannot create GreenWorld v2.0\ReadMeJapanese.txt

! The system cannot find the path specified.

 

Note: Using RAR, and I am indeed a Vista usr. This problem occured when trying to extract the folder to the Fallout 3 Data folder in the Program Files x86 folder...

 

I wish I could provide more info...but when it comes to these sort of things, I'm honestly clueless. Any suggestions?
