BadPenney Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 I had to make lip files with a copy of Oblivion's TES Construction Set, because the GECK won't do it. It is a bit more complicated than it should be, but possible. I think that there are more detailed guides and threads out there concerning the process if you search a bit. So is there anyway that I can make .lip files for Fallout 3 mods?if you have the Skyrim and the skyrim creation kit, go to Skyrim\Data\Sound\Voice and copy the "Processing" Folder and paste it at Fallout 3\Data\Sound\Voice make the Sound\Voice folders if you don't have them.
