Anarchist86ed
Did anyone else realize that star trek bridge commander uses .nif model files? I loaded them into nifskope and everything seems fine, but I wonder... would these models work in fallout 3? I meant the interior bridges, not the space ships. jackpack
yep i knew it & theres also atleast another 12games that use them. you can put anything from these into fallout3 & thay will work. you wont be allowed to upload anything from these thought as copyright laws???? wont let nexus hold them but you can do them for yourself & if you realy want to upload your mod then you can make the parts in a 3d program & then use them & upload ;) look in hear.http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=82738 its talking about a wepon but the princable is the same for items. Anarchist86ed
yeh most bridges are mods and all you have to do is ask or give credit to the original modeller. But I had no intention of making any mods for people...
azron
why not make a trek ship ala Mothership Zeta doing that?
yevic1992
I think that game uses the gamebyro enging aswell, so yes, you can technially import themBut you wouldn't be able to release it
azron
only the vanilla Galaxy or Sovereign Bridges, the mod ones you would be able to import without too much trouble, especially if they used all new textures. problem is how they would look in F3, they weren't exactly designed for it. Skree000
a ton of games use the Gamebryo/Netimmerse engine. check it aot theres a full list here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamebryo to make one of those nif files work in fallout3 all you need to do is import it into a program like 3dstudio max or blender, then re-export with 'Fallout3' checked off in the nif export window.
