Constant and unconditioned Level up

Hello there fellow wastelanders. I'm in trouble and need help.

 

Problem is: I'm contantly earning huge ammount of XP, just for nothing! I kill a monster earn 5 xp. And then after a few seconds i earn another 2700 XP. After level up, i kill another monster earn 10 xp, and after a few seconds, i get another huge ammount of XP etc. etc. etc.

 

I have fallout 3 1.6
